We charge for a local delivery fee of $4.00 will be added to each order, for each address. For other than local deliveries, outside our local delivery area, we charge a fee of $14.00.

All relevant orders of U.S. must be received before 12:00 noon in the recipient's time zone to make sure that same-day delivery would reach on time. The orders received after12:00 noon will be delivered the following day.

We always try to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day and will do our best but we cannot guarantee it about the timing in rush days.

We remained closed on Sundays and unable to make deliveries on Sundays and the requested Deliveries on this day will be delivered the following business day.

The delivery for the orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed because of access issues.

We happily welcome all international orders if you call our shop directly. But we are unable to accept any international orders over the Internet.

The substitutions may be necessary in case to create your bouquet due to the availability issue of certain flowers in various parts of the country. The due care is taken to maintain the theme, style and color scheme of the floral arrangement, by using flowers of equal value. Further, the substitution of certain keepsake items is necessary especially during major holidays due to increased demand. In case of a single-flower arrangement like an all rose bouquet or orchids, we will make try to do every attempt to match the flower type but may substitute with another color.
